I did receive confirmation of instruction on 14 April, so perhaps it’s just the 15 working day purgatory in this particular case.
‘Please be advised that we were unable to complete your ISA transfer in request. This was due to transactional activity in the ISA account after the transfer in request was initiated.’
Annoying, as there’s been no activity in Paragon account since transfer request was made; no interest-in, nothing…
Have mailed Monument back to ask what exact ‘activity’.
Edit: In-app chat couldn’t enlighten - just said to try again, which I’m reluctant to do without knowing the exact root of the issue.
