I’m looking at the Tembo website. Says a lot that they haven’t updated the website if the app is correct.
I’m not claiming Tembo are not allowing transfers just that the website shows they are not.
That sort of thing puts me off using them. If they cannot update a website, which should be easy, makes me think they might have difficulty with other things.
I agree. A new savings provider which seems to be learning as it goes. The back room stuff is clearly a bit of a struggle right now.
I’ll watch for a while. The rate is appealing.
It could just be an attempt to softly reopen the gates to existing customers, without advertising far and wide that they’re ready to take transfers again (in case they have to shut the gate once more).
I agree though it should be clearer.
In case anyone experiences a problem opening a cash ISA in these circumstances, please note.
(Not sure how I was supposed to know it, though .)
