Their reporting needs work! Chase has been here for getting on for three years now. Not so sure the survey is wildly accurate either if they’re sending it to 1000 customers of each bank in GB but 500 in NI (if it’s 1000 in GB, it should be 25 in NI to keep the proportion correct).

They rarely are. But nice to see Chase get some recognition of their efforts.
Aren’t the GB and NI ratings given separately?
It’s never been that accurate as the Wangland and Scottish markets have differences too but acts as if GB is homegeneous.
Don’t know if they report NI separately, but even in GB there’s a lot of regional differences in bank presence which seems sure to affect the results.
