Has the Bank of England run out of money? 
The Bank of England can literally print sterling, I don’t think it’s possible for them to run out of money unless we’re mid military coup
GB is not far off it 
Sterling isn’t backed by anything other than the failing GB economy.
Our economy only fails if you fail to contribute to it and to believe in it, may I suggest trying to do what you can for your country instead of being so pessimistic ?
