CMA warns banks of transaction history

Bank of Ireland, NatWest Group, and Virgin Money also breached the CMA’s Order in a similar way, but on a much smaller scale than Monzo.

Yes, Monzo don’t always get communication right (either in tone or content clarity) but they’ve done this right.

Credit to them for sorting it out properly and owning up to their ex-customers.

I saw a different link about this and it had Monzo in the title and not the others. I thought they were just click-baiting, but then you see the number comparisons!

Bank of Ireland failed to send statements to 1,066 former customers, NatWest to 903 and Virgin Money to 220.
