Halifax sending letters after going paperless on Instant Saver?

I recently moved house and am having issues with my post getting lost.

I changed my Halifax Instant Saver account to paperless

I was wondering if anyone in the forum can confirm that they do not get any post from Halifax related to an Instant Saver especially interest rate reduction notification letters after going paperless?

Halifax will send a paper later on notification of a new address and also a paper statement on closure of an account.

Confirmed through personal experience this month.

And that was despite asking that no letters get sent to the new address
