Just signed up for and ordered a Hyperjar card, which turned up this morning. Reading the blurb, the booklet informs me to “activate” the card using the activate button in the “Profile” tab…except there is no “activate” button.
“That’s OK”, I thought, “I will check in the FAQs”, which also pointed to the mythical button. It then said the card could be manually activated via WhatsApp or LiveChat. I duly head over to both and am automatically informed that “due to connectivity issues”, neither are active, and that I should email them, and await a response.
The email, of course, tells me to contact them via WhatsApp and Live Chat…
This is taking customer service to new levels…
