Three posts and I’m none the wiser.
I enabled a few days ago to add a bit of Christmas spirit 
I’m not sure on the exacts of where it appear, other than it’s on desktop only (which is a shame, but it’s better than no hats!)
Showing on iPad which is a semi-desktop mode.
