Just logged into my Revolut account and…
They now support CASS (presumably in line with their “let’s become a real bank” goals). Guessing next will be heavy advertising about switching (once they onboard customers to banking licence) and maybe switch incentives to get some people using it as an actual bank account

I closed my Revolut account only last month. Never had use for it so it went during a financial tidy up.
Let’s see if it offers anything to tempt me back, though highly doubt it.
AFAIK, they’re not very happy to let people back. Seen stories of people closing Revolut UK and not being able to sign up for another jurisdiction, even

No, it just seems to be hidden for some people. I found it by selecting Add Money, using the drop-down to select payment methods, and it was hidden in there of all places!
