The Zopa savings thread

Innovative model with savings tiers built in. The rates are pretty much up there and the UX is good.

I like their style.

I’ve had problems withdrawing a few times. Solved each time by just trying again later, but it’s definitely a black mark against an otherwise great product.

No issues and great savings.

I like Zopa. They don’t always have the absolute best rate but they are always pretty good.

Also, when they change their rates they change them for everyoe. They don’t keep existing account holders on old rates. I like this.

A bit of tightening up under T&C’s.

Zopa now 3.92% easy access, through to 4.16% for 95 day pots

My Zopa has a balance of £0.00 and don’t see any reason to change that.

Aside the 4% plus accounts currently available, Atom have gone to 3.95% and Ford Money will hit 4.05% next Thursday :man_shrugging:

Zopa just launched an easy access flexible and a fixed cash ISA. Opened the easy access in seconds. Works just like another pot. Very nice! 4% isn’t jaw dropping, but it’s OK for an ISA

Not really for a fixed rate product.

4% isn’t for the fixed rate ISA. Their 1 year fixed rate ISA is only ~ 0.20% off the market leader, and the easy access ISA is ~ 0.40% off market leader (excluding limited access products). I think that constitutes OK.

Thank you for that.

Just for ease of opening and managing alongside standard savings, I can live with the lower rate. Hoping it will go up anyway
