Another player with a crap 1st line?

Mine was more helpful than it looks. No correct letters, but eliminates a lot of words and 3 of the vowels. Made for a very informed second guess which allowed me to get it in 3 still.

I used @anon62610374‘s “soare”! I’ve also used “adieu” with occasional good effect in the past.

Truth is, there’s no silver bullet for a starting word. It’s all about how you dig yourself out of that “what vowels do I have left ?” conundrum
(And if you’ve run out of vowels……. It’s a “Y”. 
)

Ran into the same problem as @MikeZ. In hindsight I should have played a couple of elimination words to remove a lot of consonants, and in turn most potential words. But I got greedy by wanting to be @anon47616136
