Ah, faster payments appear to be working now, despite the other error messages.

In the meantime, Atom have now had a good day out of me. As others have done, I’ve re-routed savings to them at least for now - 1.35% v 1.5% isn’t much when you’re talking stability and peace of mind.

I thought of doing the same, but my credit cards are my stability and peace of mind.
I cannot think of a situation where I would be in a rush to access money, that my CC could not complete, and give plenty of time for savings provider to get act in order by time CC DD due.
I have moved mine to chase.
I can’t see a situation at the moment where I would need to access my savings at short notice, so they’ll be staying put with Chase. (for now at least)

Moved savings back to marcus, it all seems so unstable and unreliable. I can forgo the extra 0.2%.
Anyone else had Chase refuse to update merchant enrichment? I asked them if they can’t change it on their end - who adds the logos?
I feel like at this point it’s fair to make a complaint about the service going down unexpectedly, on a regular basis
