Latest update.

Was over an hour ago, and the warning is not displayed in app now, so may have changed since.

Inflating complaint numbers is something banks are keen to avoid, enough of them might have them take a bit of a harsher stance w/ their provider about uptime

For what? Can you show that you have been financially compromised by their outage?

I couldn’t :person_shrugging:

I find tweet replies like this amusing too. It’s as if they think Chase only have one person employed to do everything

I chatted last night with CS. He stated amongst other things, that the whole outage thing is being additionally hampered by a substantial staff shortage. He also said expansion has been a big factor.

They’re recruiting but well, you know, folk don’t hit the ground running.

Clearly, being big in the US doesn’t guarantee anything over here. New systems etc.

Whilst the intrepid explorers here are irritated by the disruption, there’s no real sense of whether it’s bothering Chase yet. Chances are, they’re ahead of prediction on account uptake so haven’t got to the worried-look stage.

Truth is, forums probably worry too much

Just received my 90 day countdown notification for the emptying of my roundup pot.

Tapping it takes you to a list of your accounts so you can choose where the proceeds go.

Easy enough.

Unlikely it will be used for 22-23 though tbh without an incentive to do so.

5% is very limited

It is a great marketing headline, however, in reality, for me, it will not even cover two Costa americanos :person_shrugging:

I will achieve around £4 in interest over the year. So note even one medium frappe

£4 covers 5 months of my Apple iCloud+ subscription…. Not bad at all

It’ll be interesting to note if the 45 minutes quoted here turns out to be that. If so, that’s another step towards reassurance.

Then they can have (some of) my money back

I won’t be staying up to check it :joy::joy::joy:

I’ll let you know……:flushed::joy:

The disruption may start earlier though :person_facepalming:t5:

Fingers crossed, eh?

Think all is well. Last night’s pub trip is showing this morning :weary:. R-

Not noticed this detail on transactions before.

Merchant location is way off though :man_shrugging:

Some banks are like that. Nationwide are the same. AmEx gets it right, Monzo gets the address right, but the map always shows Willenhall (Poundland HQ).

In more ways than one? :flushed::joy:

Ah right. Reported it to Chase this morning anyway - just for their info.
