Club Lloyds: free Disney+

I am having trouble activating my Disney+ benefit. When I use details of an old account with a cancelled subscription that expired I meet this screen after following the steps from Lloyds.

If I try using a new email address, I am asked to enter card details.
Do I have to enter my card details for this offer? Won’t I be charged?

Edit: It seems the content blockers in Safari were the issue. I have used chrome and it went through successfully
