Co-op Bank customers threaten to quit as app goes down again and again

The last time I had problems with the app, I opened a backup account at Santander, and I will now make that my main account.

Out of the frying pan and into the fire :person_shrugging::joy:


It’s been a bad month - fortunately I’m moving any inbound payments away from the account from April. So it will just be a case of funds in and direct debits out.

After a big refer a friend push you’d think most new customers would be thinking “stuff them”!
