Please call them and let them know of the issue, also let them know you are raising a formal complaint about the issue. You will be compensated for the inconvenience.
A few months back I had trouble setting up a standing order and raised a complaint about it. Issue was sorted after afew calls and got compensation. Though I had no issues viewing my account like you do.
