Are you able to add the card to Apple Pay yet?
Did they send you a letter or email with login details?
I already had an account so I got an in app message and I got an email this morning that my account was open.

Just got the text asking for further documents. Pretty exciting!
No email yet though, and I’m wary of clicking on links anyway. How do I ensure it’s safe? Using the application reference?

I was a doofus and used the old ID with the wrong name on, so I’ve resubmitted but I expect it’ll take me longer to find out now 
Only hiccup in my setup is that having sorted Apple Pay on my iPhone, the same procedure is wonky in respect of the watch.
The “verify” button in the watch’s Wallet dials a number which, when it answers, informs me that this number is no longer used for Apple Pay card setup purposes. Tells me to go to help in-app. I’m now waiting……
Bit clunky. Phoned a chap who ultimately said he couldn’t fix it and I should wait for text message from CA.

Funny thing is, I looked and it’s actually one of the closest branches to me; and the most convenient to visit from work if I’m ever in the office and need to visit a branch
