As you have an account on 9to5FS, do you think it’s worth asking them to get rid of the link and tone down mentions of the you-know-what account?

I applied Sunday nothing in post yet I rang up for sort code and account number yesterday and let me register online. I then was able to register on app and add card to Apple Pay.

What was the process for setting up online banking and mobile so quick? Was it done over the phone, or online?
I applied online once I had my sort code and account no it gave me customer no and then I chose my password and security pin. I skipped the card part as didn’t have it to sign up. I then got into online banking and it told me a card reader had been ordered. I was then able to log onto mobile banking.

I phoned 0345 724 2424 and asked if they had my sort code and account number as I had a message saying my account had been set up.

Oops it is a dove visa so used to MasterCard and their logo sorry.

Just worth a mention. If your going to switch to a reward account you can also pick up the credit card for no cost which gives 1% back from supermarkets and 0.25% everywhere else.
I make a decent amount of money from that setup

They’ve rejected my passport ID, saying it’s a copy and not a photo of the real thing which is wrong.
Don’t think I can be bothered to faff about with them now.
Not as bad as my initial experience. I got booted and then welcomed back again. I have my account details not I just need to install the app and set up
