Try checking your junk folder! My welcome email found it’s way in that rather than my inbox.
Got my card
Checked the junk box no email
Have you submitted ID? Did you receive the approval text?
Uploaded the ID on Tuesday about 4pm no further communication since then
try logging back into digidocs, and see what the message says. just to double check everything was submitted correctly. Did you receive a confirmation email after submitting?
Yeah received an email saying the documents had been received
Just got the email to upload ID in digidocs. Interestingly it had my NatWest business account application in DigiDocs too, under the same login.
Does show the correct branch on the form;
Just come home to my card . I gotta wait for a second one but it looks very fancy
So cards seem to be arriving the day after receiving the welcome email?
In theory, if I’m lucky, should have mine tomorrow! Else, I’ll be waiting until Tuesday! Tuesday is the most likely one given how remote I am.
I did try calling like @Gallifreyangirl to try to get my account number early so I could get set up online, but the guy told me to wait for my card.
Must be lucky with the lady I spoke too.
They will give it to you without your card anyway as its not printed on the card the acc number
Yep just checked and your are correct.
When I asked, the person on the phone asked if I had received my debit card yet, to which I replied no. I was told to wait until I received the debit and to then call back and they will supply me with my account number.
I did just receive these texts though:
I had that but my card arrived before my PIN number
Yep, same!
hi guys
I applied for the child and co card and now they want extra details.Should I provide them with the details of my old financial advocate, since they used to pay my bills?
They’ll need the extra details to open the account for you, so yes you should provide what they ask you for.
I don’t think they will ask for details of your advocate, but once the account is open you should be able to provide them to RBS if you’d like your advocate to be on file with them too.
