TV programmes from back then…

City of gold
Dr who
Star Trek next generation.
Trap door.
Heart attack ( think that’s right with Morph)
Thunder cats
Going round the bend.
Roland rat.
Saved by the bell.

Sorry seem to have deviated to child hood shows.

Just as I hoped

Wow - you dig deep with this list, @RSheff.

“Banana Splits” - immediately before or after The Monkees in Saturday’s?

“How?” - what a great show.
Fred and Bunty with Jon & Jack Hargreaves. I can still empty a full milk bottle in double-quick time with the old How technique.

Don’t recall the Flaxton Boys, though….

Anyone recall Sexton Blake?

Yup, I never really understood The Prisoner either. Got on very well with

The Wooden Tops
Torchy The Battery Boy

The Flaxton Boys was on Sunday afternoons, I think.
Sexton Blake, was a policeman, or a private detective; I can’t remember which.
I should have put Catweazle on my list, -that was one of my favourites.

You’ll be in new territory for some……:flushed:

Jiffy the Broomstick Man frightened the living daylights out of me.

And for a real shocker, I YouTubed “Sarah Brown & Hoppity” recently. :scream:
What on earth…?

(My little brother was the image of Baby Woodentop)

Don’t forget Adam West as Batman, fighting that rubber shark :joy:

Kapow!

He will always be the one and only Batman to me.

Loved those shows.

Absolutely zero chance of seeing most them streamed today.

Bill and Ben

Play Away

Seeing Star Trek TNG in there made me smile as it don’t seem way back when to me as I was in my twenties, but gawd it was. Look how some of the cast have aged.

The White Horses.

Jon Pertwee as the one and only true Worzel Gummidge.

None of this remake rubbish.

Scariest TV for kids of my childhood:
The Singing Ringing Tree
(The Singing Ringing Tree: scariest kids' TV show ever? - Den of Geek )
Most depressing:
Joe
(Joe – Nostalgia Central)

They don’t make 'em like they used to!

Don’t remember them.

Only Joe 90 in my youth lol
