Direct Debits coming in March

March 2022 now apparently. They released information via Twitter. It’s on the Chase thread.

Thank you for that, detail here for those not yet seen…

At least you were allowed to complete it!

Any ideas why?

(The cheek of it! :face_with_raised_eyebrow:)

Came up after the age and gender stuff. I guess I’m either too old or too young for the demographic this one is aimed at.

I don’t even see it!

Well you can’t be too old (I’m surely older than you…).

And it can’t be gender surely

Too young ?

This one came in an email! I don’t think it shows up on the customer panel.

Either that (which would be odd) or I input my age wrong! Was a bit of a finicky form on mobile!

Will the CASS come when DD do?

I contacted support regarding the CASS, as far as they are aware it will still be the form way to switch into Chase. Very disappointed with that :pensive:

Why can’t they build the form into the app for now until they automate it :smiling_face_with_tear::upside_down_face:

Now that Direct Debits are here, shall we also get cash back on them?

What is where?

Chase has started support for direct debits

That’s interesting because I can see nothing in my App and I’ve just looked on the Chase UK website and they clearly then haven’t updated their own blurb because it still says that direct debits aren’t supported.

I was over hyped by the email I received on 14/02/2022 that said direct debits will be available from March.
Their social media agent has just said this in a reply to one of the tweets.

Direct Debits will be available very soon. We will update our website and social media channels when they are live. For the time being our 1% cashback is only for debit card transactions, if we make any changes to this, we will let you know. — Nicolle
