I’m sure they did, but if they’ve had for example, hundreds of thousands of applications for a new account, I suspect any bank would be struggling to keep up with demand. The problem is, we live in a ‘I WANT IT AND I WANT IT NOW!’ world and people just get impatient super quick, and this is coming from a bloke with literally zero patience at all!
Maps for merchants are now appearing in the Chase app on iOS - I’ve not noticed them before today. Not sure how accurate they are though

Anyone else see that in the app, on android, when you scroll its 120hz but the animations are 60hz.

Interesting. Unfortunately none of my transactions have location enrichment. Not one. And that’s after deleting and reinstalling my iOS app. Assume they’re rolling it out progressively.

Yes,. I have had maps in the Android app for quite a while as well.
I first noticed it while I was in Africa in December as I tried to check the exchange rate used. I thought it is normal

Definitely not a hard search and I can’t find a record of a soft search, either.
Can’t see the Chase UK app in the Google Play Store implying my Moto 6 Play phone is not compatible with this app despite running Android 9 (Chase says minimum 8.1). Tried all the advised techniques - clearing data and caches, reloading previous verions etc. but no dice. Seems like Chase assume you’re too poor for them if you don’t have the latest phone. Dissapointing as the account looks attractive with the linked savings account at 1.5% up to £250K
They do an Anti Money Laundering soft search via Transunion (Credit Karma).
There were NO searches on my Experian (MSE Credit Club) or Equifax (Clearscore) credit files.
I would have expected them to but there is no AML entry on my Transunion report.
