Trouble is, of course, these glitches will often be momentary or last only a brief period. Frustrating, because I suspect if @Gallifreyangirl were to chase it up, CS would be none the wiser
I have contacted customer services
Then we wait and see……
Still awaiting response but have seen a few others had issues with transfers yesterday. It’s working fine now. Just had a response saying my payment was declined due to insufficient funds 12 hours later even though were funds in there. I think they were having a bad day yesterday.
Good luck. I’ve been waiting for even an acknowledgement of my query since 2pm Friday
Ok that’s worse then Monzo
It’s not an urgent request, but to not even acknowledge it in over two days, when they advertise 24/7/365 support is just unacceptable. Was going to use them more again (esp the savings account) but not so sure now
Hi.
Where have the others been reporting their transfer issues?
At that point I’d assume it’s gotten lost in the noise and would send off another.
Very much hope they get a firm grasp on things following the referral onslaught, because this is really disappointing to see it crumble this much and that fast. They were really not ready for this.
Yes. I just hope they’ve got their antenna working. This matters.
There were some reports on the Monzo forum.
Yeah, it was Gallifrey girl and one other, that I could see
Though the thread over there has been populated with drossy disputes between posters, rather than actual stuff about Chase imo.
Maybe I was the unlucky one.
I wasn’t able to transfer between accounts this morning. I got the transfer confirmed screen but nothing happened, Funds did actually transfer 2 hours later. Problem applied to internal transfers and external too. Also had card payment rejected at Amazon. First problem I’ve ever had with Chase but something obviously going on, knocked my confidence in them a bit.
84 hours and counting. Have messaged them again. Will keep an eye on this but seems like they really lost grip of stuff
Obviously a sporadic issue as I topped up my electricity account today and the transaction was notified in c. 2 ms. R-
Wow.
Speaking of downtime:
https://twitter.com/QuinnyPig/status/1528948641653616640
This means there is a maximum of 52 minutes of downtime per year, or roughly 4 minutes per month.
lol
That’s better than the 49 seconds of availability that I originally read that as
i counted it as 99.99%, not 99.9999% as 99.9999% is absolutely insane and would make me close my account instantly as i do not wish to be apart of whatever ungodly things they need to do to achieve that level of uptime
